Refund policy

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy governs all purchases made through the Moonvra online store. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Moonvra accepts return requests within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier. To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • In the same condition in which they were received

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Moonvra reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, customers must contact Moonvra’s customer support team at info@moonvra.com within the applicable return window.

If the return request is approved, Moonvra will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Moonvra without undue delay. Failure to report such issues in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim.

Moonvra will assess reported issues on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, Moonvra does not accept returns for the following items, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene-related items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, all sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges

Moonvra does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, the customer must first complete the return process for the original purchase (subject to approval). Once the return is accepted, the customer may place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, Moonvra will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by banks, credit card issuers, or payment providers, which is outside of Moonvra’s control. If more than fifteen (15) business days have elapsed since refund approval and the refund has not been posted, customers should contact info@moonvra.com for assistance.

Policy Modifications

Moonvra reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
